As part of our commitment to you, purchases from Balance Tracking Systems are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased from Balance Tracking Systems, you may return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of your shipment receipt date. If you are in the United States, we even pay the shipping. Please carefully review our return instructions and policy below. Your satisfaction is our primary goal!

Three Easy Steps to No Hassle Returns

  1. Contact Balance Tracking Systems at (888) 811-0054 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a Return Shipping Label. If you are located outside the United States, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

  2. Include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, in the product’s original packaging.

  3. Attach the Shipping Label to the box and deliver to UPS if you are in the USA. If you are outside the USA we will coordinate your shipping carrier with you.

Policy

Return your product within 30 days of receipt of your order such that:

  • Customers must return their item(s) within 30 days of receipt of their order and must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Return shipments received without a RAN and a copy of the invoice will not qualify for a credit.

  • Returned products are subject to inspection by Balance Tracking Systems. All parts, pieces, printed materials, and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered or damaged.

  • Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund.

  • Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected.

  • Returns will be processed, and approved credits will be issued within 30 days of receipt of returned goods.
